Due to the changes in the industry, effective immediately Southwest Credit Services, Inc.
is being absorbed into Credit Communications Inc. We are saddened by this decision, but confident
that CCI will provide you with the same excellent services we have enjoyed providing to the
mortgage industry for the last 14 years.
Credit Communications Inc. has served the mortgage industry since 1986. They are highly
respected throughout the industry and are a dedicated provider of mortgage credit reports,
score analysis tools, Rapid ReScore and many other ancillary services such as delivering
results in a timely, accurate and cost effective manner. CCI's President, Marty Flynn, is a
long time business associate and personal friend of mine, whom I can trust to handle your

Fees invoiced prior to March 1st will be payable to Southwest Credit Services. Our new address is PO BOX 70384, Sunnyvale, CA 94086. CCI will generate invoices for fees accrued on March 1st and beyond. CCI will mail you a welcome letter and information packet in the near future that should assist you with the transition.
